Vista Social has cut the users included on two of its three self-serve plans, five weeks after its August seat trim and days after it raised every tier. The plan comparison table now reads “Included users Professional 2 Advanced 3 Scale 4 Enterprise Customizable”. On 2026-09-25 the same row read 2, 4 and 8. The plan cards agree with the table: Advanced says “Invite up to 3 users to your account”, and Scale says “Invite up to 4 users to your account. Purchase additional users to your account.” Professional stays at 2.
Prices did not move. Professional is $99/mo, Advanced $199/mo and Scale $449/mo on monthly billing, or $950, $1,910 and $4,310 a year (cards: “$80 /month · for 2 users”, “$160 /month · for 3 users”, “$360 /month · for 4 users”). Profiles (15, 30, 70), DM contacts (10,000, 25,000, 100,000) and the add-on rows are unchanged: X (Twitter) $29/month, Listening $75/month, Employee Advocacy $199/month for 25 employees.
At the same sticker, the cost per included user on Advanced goes from $49.75 to $66.33 a month (+33%), and on Scale from $56.13 to $112.25 (+100%). The larger effect is on team size. The comparison table lists extra users as “Customizable” only on Scale and Enterprise, and only the Scale card offers to “Purchase additional users”. A four-person team that fit Advanced at $199/mo last week now needs Scale at $449/mo on the published page. A team of five to eight that Scale covered now has to buy extra users, at a price the page does not publish, or talk to sales.
The Enterprise card changed as well. On 2026-09-28 it listed “Unlimited users”. On 2026-09-30 it reads “8+ users. Invite 8 or more users to your account.” Enterprise is quote-only, so no price is attached to either wording.
The FAQ lower on the same page still answers “Our Professional plan comes with 3 users. Our Advanced plan comes with 6 users.”, the allowance from before the August cut. The cards and the table carry the current figures.
The Advanced and Scale cut landed between 2026-09-25 and 2026-09-28, dated from our own captures. Our 2026-09-28 sweep captured the new figures but did not flag them; we caught the difference on 2026-09-30 and are logging it now. The Enterprise wording changed between 2026-09-28 and 2026-09-30. The Wayback Machine holds no capture of the page in either window.
