Pay Per Profile, and the add-on rows
The old pay-as-you-go track is now branded Pay Per Profile and is volume-tiered rather than flat. Both tiers carry a $0 base and charge only for connected accounts. Monthly rates: Starter $5 each for the first 10 accounts, then $4 (11–20), $3 (21–40) and $1 (41+); Growth $9, then $4, $3 and $2 across the same bands, with unlimited users and workspaces, client management, competitor analysis and listening included.
On the flat bundles, extra accounts run $5/profile/mo on Standard, $4 on Professional and $3 on Agency; extra users are $8/user/mo on Professional and not available on Standard; AI credit packs are $9 per 100. Social listening is an add-on from $29/mo on Professional and is included on Agency.
