- Premium: $65/mo, or $40/mo annual. 3 members, 1 brand, 16 channels including WhatsApp Business and Telegram Business, 80 AI credits. Content approvals and workflow start here
- Agency: $320/mo, or $230/mo annual. 5 members, 10 clients (150 to 160 channels), 80 AI credits. Client invites, portal customization, agency-branded reports and free client logins start here
- Agency Plus: $460/mo, or $330/mo annual. 5 members, 20 clients
Add-ons: an extra brand is $17/mo ($14.50 annual) on Professional and $23/mo ($19.50 annual) on Premium, and is not offered on Standard or Free. Agency plans add clients in packs of 5 for $92/mo ($76 annual). An extra member is $12/mo ($10 annual) on Professional and above. Local taxes are charged on top.
15-day all-access trial with no card, after which the account moves to a free plan with no expiry.
Platforms
Facebook Pages, X, Instagram Business, LinkedIn profiles and Company Pages, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Mastodon, Threads, Bluesky, Snapchat and Arattai (Zoho’s own messenger), plus WhatsApp Business and Telegram Business from Premium up. The Free plan covers only 6 channels. The page notes platform access is subject to regional restrictions. Snapchat (flagged “NEW” in the vendor’s channel menu) and Arattai were added to every paid brand between 2026-09-22 and 2026-09-24, lifting each brand’s channel count by two; no price moved.
Where it fits
Teams already in the Zoho ecosystem who want CRM and Desk integrations, with approvals from Premium and client logins from Agency.
Where it doesn’t
Each extra brand or client is priced separately, and multi-brand setups climb quickly: approvals sit at $65/mo monthly ($40 annual) on Premium, and client invites and free client logins only arrive at $320/mo monthly ($230 annual) on Agency. The plans below Premium are single-member.
