HeyOrca has folded two of its Basic-plan add-ons into one. Its pricing page now offers a single “Reports & Listening” add-on at “$79” “Per workspace/month”, described as “Prove your impact with custom reports, brand monitoring, and more”, next to Social Inbox at $39. The FAQ now reads “Add-ons are available for HeyOrca Basic plans. You can choose from two available add-ons: Reporting & Listening and Social Inbox.” On 2026-11-02 the same answer read “You can choose from three available add-ons: Reporting, Social Listening, and Social Inbox. It’s easy to mix and match add-ons for your Basic plan – choose one, two, or all three.”, and the page sold Social Reports at $59 and Social Listening at $39 as separate cards.
The old $59 and $39 cards are still in the page code but hidden. The $79 card had sat hidden in the code since our 2026-10-23 read before it went live. The feature table now shows one “Reports & Listening” block, an add-on on Basic and included on Pro. Base prices did not move: Free $0, Basic $59 and Pro $149 per workspace a month, and Social Inbox stays at $39. We fetched the page five times on 2026-11-06 and every copy showed the two-add-on lineup.
What it means: on Basic, reporting alone now costs $79 a month per workspace instead of $59, and listening alone $79 instead of $39. A workspace that took both pays $19 less, $79 instead of $98. For a client workspace that only needed reports, the cheapest route went from $118 to $138 a month, which is $11 under Pro at $149, and Pro adds the inbox and the white-label dashboard.
The change landed between 2026-11-02 and 2026-11-06, dated from our own captures. The Wayback Machine has no copy of the page in that window.
