Where it fits
Agencies whose main need is a polished, branded client-review portal — external stakeholders approve via link, no login required.
Where it doesn’t
No X/Twitter publishing at all. Listening covers Instagram and Facebook only. Reports and inbox cover only 4 platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok). Pricing scales per workspace, which gets expensive across many clients.
