Add-ons
The sticker price is not the bill. ContentStudio publishes a full add-on rack on the pricing page itself:
- Social listening — $99/mo ($950/yr) on Advanced (3 topics, 5,000 mentions); $150/mo ($1,440/yr) on Agency Unlimited (5 topics, 10,000 mentions)
- White-label — $50/mo ($500/yr). White-label reseller is a further $50/mo ($500/yr)
- SSO (SAML) — $150/mo ($1,440/yr)
- Extra social account $5/mo, extra user $10/mo, extra workspace $10/mo
Listening on the top tier costs $150/mo, which is more than the $99 plan it attaches to. A separate developer API plan is sold on sliders for account count and monthly request volume, starting at $15/mo billed annually ($180/yr) for 10 accounts and 3,000 requests and scaling to 50 accounts and 50,000 requests. AI allowances run 25k/50k/125k text credits by tier, with separate image, video and video-clipping credit pools.
Where it fits
Breadth. Publishing, AI studio, a social inbox with AI and keyword auto-replies and teammate assignment, competitor analytics, scheduled PDF reports to as many as 25 recipients, link-based client review that needs no client account, and a documented REST API with MCP, Zapier, Make, n8n and Pabbly — an unusually wide surface for this price band.
Where it doesn’t
Listening, white label and SSO are each metered separately, so an agency that needs all three lands far above the $99 headline. Our July note called the “Discover” content-discovery engine a defensible edge; that needs qualifying. Discover still ships and still appears in the product nav, but the vendor now leads with AI Studio and a newly badged Social Listening module, and a hands-on pass through the product in August 2026 surfaced no trending-content suggestions anywhere in the workflow. Treat it as a feature that exists rather than the thing the product is built around.
